At the heart of the redesign was the custom Engagement Ring Builder — a dynamic tool crafted to simplify an emotionally significant purchase. We replaced hundreds of near-identical product listings with an intuitive interface that allows customers to build their perfect ring by filtering diamond characteristics such as cut, carat, colour, clarity, and setting style — all in one place.
This highly visual, interactive shopping journey features 360° product views, GIA certifications, and high-resolution imagery, making the online experience feel as refined and consultative as visiting a ROX boutique.

The move to Magento 2 didn’t just modernise the customer experience — it delivered tangible business results. With improved load times, better merchandising control, and new features like Click & Collect, ROX saw online revenue grow 84% year-over-year.
