A flat monthly fee for Shopify development, support and conversion work from one senior team. You add as many requests as you like to a shared board, we work through them one at a time, and every month we review your data and recommend what to build next.

Yes. There is no cap on how many requests you can add. We work on one task at a time on Growth and two on Growth Plus, so the limit is throughput, not volume. Most tasks ship in one to three business days once started.

Established brands with a live Shopify or Shopify Plus store doing around £750k or more a year online. Below that, a one-off project or ad hoc support usually makes more sense, and we will tell you so on the discovery call.

The scope is the same. Growth Plus doubles the throughput to two active tasks, moves the CRO review and call from monthly to fortnightly, halves the urgent response time to two business hours and includes the onboarding audit. Growth is £3,000 a month and Growth Plus is £5,500 a month, both excluding VAT.

One clear outcome that takes up to about a working day, including QA. A new product page section, a cart upsell block, fixing an app conflict or setting up GA4 events are all single tasks. Small related requests can be batched into one task. Anything larger is split into a sequence of tasks that each ship on their own, and we tell you how many it will take.

Work that takes more than about a week, or sits outside the theme: full theme rebuilds or redesigns, replatforming, ERP, WMS or PIM integrations, custom apps, headless builds, backend systems outside Shopify and full A/B testing programmes. We quote these as separate projects within three business days, and your subscription keeps running on other tasks in the meantime.

Two rounds per task. A change of direction after you have signed off becomes a new task on the board, so the original task is not held open indefinitely.

You do. We size every request and will advise on what we think moves revenue, but we never reorder your backlog without agreement. The one exception is an urgent issue, which jumps the queue.

New requests are sized and acknowledged within one business day. Once a task is in progress, most are done in one to three business days. The clock runs only while we are working on it and stops when we are waiting on content, access or feedback from you.

If revenue is being lost right now, such as checkout, cart or payments failing, the site down or a major tracking outage, it is urgent. We respond within four business hours on Growth and two on Growth Plus, with a fix or workaround the same or next business day. Urgent work pauses your active task, which resumes once the issue is fixed.

9am to 5.30pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Response times and turnaround are measured in business hours. Out-of-hours cover is not included in the subscription but can be quoted as an add-on.

Days one and two are access and setup. Days two to seven are the onboarding audit: theme and apps, Core Web Vitals, GA4 tracking and your funnel baseline. At the end of the week we review the findings with you, prioritise the first 10 to 15 backlog items and ship your first task.

Collaborator access to your Shopify store, access to GA4 and Search Console, and a clear brief for each request with any content and assets it needs. We only start a task when the brief, content and access are in place, so nothing is built on guesswork.

The onboarding audit is £950 one-off on Growth, or waived if you commit to three months. It is included on Growth Plus.

You have guest access to your board and can see every task's status at any time. Every Friday we send a short update covering what shipped, what is in progress, what we are waiting on from you and what is next.

One page, sent before the call. A headline for the month, your KPIs against last month and your onboarding baseline, the tasks that shipped, two or three things we learned from the data, three to five recommended next tasks for you to prioritise, the top of the backlog and anything we need from you. Growth Plus clients get this fortnightly.

We review your analytics, funnel, session recordings and site speed every month and build the conversion improvements that come out of it. Full A/B testing programmes with dedicated tooling are a separate service.

No. You pay a flat monthly fee and we report on tasks shipped and what they did to your numbers. The plans are designed around outcomes, not hours.

Monthly in advance by direct debit or card, excluding VAT. Any third-party app, theme or licence costs are passed on at cost.

No. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. There are no refunds for part months. If you choose a three-month commitment on Growth, we waive the onboarding audit fee.

Yes, once in any 12 months for up to two months. Your backlog is kept exactly as you left it, so you pick up where you stopped.

Upgrades to Growth Plus take effect from the next working day and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.

We finish the active task, hand over your backlog and a change log of everything shipped, and remove our access on the final day. Everything we build lives in your store, so nothing depends on us.
