What counts as a task?
A task is anything we can complete in about a day. Bigger requests are split into a sequence of tasks and delivered one after another. Anything over roughly a week of work is quoted as a separate project.

Questions before you book
Is it really unlimited?
Yes, you can add as many requests as you like. We work through them one at a time (two on Growth Plus), so the limit is speed, not volume.
What counts as a task?
Anything we can complete in about a day. Larger requests are split into smaller tasks and delivered in sequence. Work over roughly a week, such as a redesign or a new integration, is quoted separately.
How fast is turnaround?
Most tasks are done in 1 to 3 business days from when we start them. The clock pauses while we wait on content, access or feedback from you.
What happens in the first month?
We audit your theme, apps, site speed and analytics, agree your baseline numbers and build your first backlog. Work starts in week one. The audit is £950 on Growth, or waived if you commit to 3 months, and included on Growth Plus.
What if something breaks?
Anything affecting checkout, payments or core site functionality jumps the queue. We respond within 4 business hours on Growth and 2 on Growth Plus.
Do you run A/B tests?
We analyse your data every month and recommend and build conversion improvements. Full A/B testing programmes with dedicated tools are a separate service.
Is there a contract?
No. You're billed monthly in advance and can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. If you choose a 3-month commitment, we waive the onboarding audit fee.
Can I ask for advice, not just work?
Yes. You have direct access to a senior strategist for questions, sense-checks and platform decisions between tasks. That is part of the subscription, not a separate line.
